About the apartment
Initially 7 months, with an option to extend. Flexible with both start and end dates A beautiful, large, extremely spacious and sunny 2,5 rooms apartment for a sublet from around 1st of December to 30th of June while I`m away for a work-related project in Amsterdam. The apartment itself is located in a very quiet street, but its surrounded by on of the most vibrant and lively streets of the beautiful Rosenthaler Platz district. In direct proximity you will find hundreds or bars, restaurants, galleries etc. I`m looking for a single person or a couple to take care of the flat with respect and attention. Preferably a plant lovers as there is quite many of them here, and some will need some basic care throughout that time. The apartment is pet friendly but please bare in mind that its a 5th floor without an elevator. The flat is fully furnished and equipped, with the TV, dishwasher, washing machine etc. It also has a very convenient working station available with a screen, keybord etc.
Location
The most looked after neighborhood in Berlin, vibrant surroundings but the apartment is located on a quiet street.
