Beautiful flat in Prenzlauer Berg in a quiet Altbau. Fourth floor allows for plenty of light and building is generally very quiet and peaceful. 6 minute walk to Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn stop. No elevator. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, fridge, sink, dishwasher, and counter space. Otherwise the flat is unfurnished.
Location
Prenzlauer Berg is a bustling area with plenty of cafes, restaurants and parks. Generally more quiet and family-oriented. Great for someone who wants a little bit more calm but still close to the city. M2 and Ring Bahn are just minutes away. Three grocery stores across the street plus Bio grocery 7 min walk away. Very walkable.
