About the apartment
A bright and cosy 60 sqm fully furnished apartment with a living room, separate bedroom and an additional room that works well as a home office or occasional guest room. There is also a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, internet, lots of plants and artwork. The apartment is my personal home and has been furnished with a lot of care and individual details.
Location
The apartment is in a quiet, green residential area in central Berlin, close to Volkspark Friedrichshain. Alexanderplatz is around a 10-minute walk away. U5 Schillingstraße and the tram at Platz der Vereinten Nationen are nearby, and Jannowitzbrücke is also around a 10-minute walk away, with convenient connections towards all parts of Berlin.
